Introduction
Unilabs is the largest provider of medical laboratory diagnostics for prescribers and hospitals in Switzerland and employs around 800 people.
Your Tasks
Under the responsibility of the Lab Manager – Routine, you ensure all technical activities related to the operation, maintenance and quality control of an automated chain of instruments for Clinical Chemistry, Immunoassays, Allergy and Autoimmunity.
You also participate in pre-analytical activities, notably the decanting and preparation of tubes before analysis, both manually and using automated systems.
The position requires dual expertise in Clinical Chemistry and Haematology, enabling versatile management of laboratory activities and contributing to the continuity and quality of analytical services.
Your Profile
Technical Skills
Training as a Biomedical Analysis Technician ES or equivalent qualification.
Strong knowledge in biomedical analyses, with experience in Clinical Chemistry and Haematology.
Mastery of the main techniques and procedures in Clinical Chemistry and Haematology.
Good knowledge of sample conformity criteria and requirements related to the pre-analytical phase.
Experience in the use and/or monitoring of laboratory automation systems.
Ability to perform maintenance, calibrations and quality controls in accordance with current procedures.
Particular sensitivity to compliance with procedures, traceability and quality requirements.
Good oral and written command of French.
