Sales Employee Heating & Sanitary (m/f) 100%

Your tasks

• Competent telephone advice and support of our customers in the heating & sanitary sector
• Independent order processing – from customer enquiry through to quotation preparation and delivery
• Active sale of our products and services as well as competent technical advice
• Creating, processing and following up on individual customer offers
• Close cooperation with the field service to optimally support our customers

Your qualities

• Completed basic technical training, ideally as a heating or sanitary installer with a federal certificate of competence (Eidgenössisches Fähigkeitszeugnis, EFZ), with solid professional experience
• Commercial flair and enjoyment of customer contact
• Confident handling of MS Office; SAP knowledge is an advantage
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form and very good French skills
• Independent, reliable and team-oriented personality with high initiative
