About the job

The Echaud Foundation is a socio-educational institution that welcomes 80 adults with multiple disabilities or medically recognized severe cerebral palsy, often also presenting various associated disorders and deficiencies. To complement an educational team of our Rue Neuve apartment located in Cugy (VD), where a special emphasis is placed on social integration, we are looking for immediate or to be agreed upon entry, the following:

• Work within an educational team composed of people from different backgrounds.

• Provide daily support, including weekends according to rotation, to 6 beneficiaries individually and collectively, to provide them comfort and quality of life.

• Administer delegated medico-technical care related to the level of training, under the responsibility of a nurse.

• Participate in the preparation and serving of meals and the general maintenance of the living area.

• Work with a multidisciplinary team for the development and monitoring of educational projects and therapeutic programs for the beneficiaries.

• Organize leisure activities, outings, camps, and outdoor activities with the beneficiaries.

• Participate in educational conferences and intersectoral networks.

• Collaborate with families, legal representatives, specialists, and various partners.

• Manage administrative tasks related to beneficiaries and the educational team.

The Profile:

• HES or ES diploma in social education or CFC socio-educational assistant with a commitment to enriching beneficiary support through diversity and complementarity of experiences.

• Interest in multiple disabilities, hygiene, and comfort care.

• Ease in teamwork, organization, reliability, autonomy.

• Good computer skills.

• Driver's license.
