In this role, you are a central operational contact person in internal sales and are in direct contact with our customers. You work closely with the field sales team as well as internal interfaces and ensure that customer concerns are handled efficiently, structured, and service-oriented. The focus is on processing, coordination, and professional customer care, not on sales or acquisition.

- You support our customers in operational daily business by phone and in writing
- You independently process offers and orders in cooperation with the field sales team
- You coordinate and resolve customer inquiries, delivery issues, and complaints in a solution-oriented manner
- You ensure smooth order processing through close coordination with internal departments
- You maintain and update customer, order, and master data in the relevant systems
- You actively contribute improvement suggestions to optimize processes and service procedures
- You support the internal sales team with organizational and administrative tasks
Requirements
- Completed commercial or technical training, ideally supplemented by further training in the commercial field
- Enjoyment of direct customer contact as well as coordinative and organizational tasks
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form
- French skills are an advantage
- Confident handling of MS Office; experience with ERP systems is an advantage
- Structured, reliable, and independent working style
- Team-oriented personality with a high service and quality orientation
