What you achieve
- Independent execution of operational purchasing of raw materials, semi-finished and finished products
- Demand determination as well as obtaining, comparing, and evaluating offers
- Triggering and monitoring orders including deadline and quantity tracking
- Coordination of deliveries and ensuring smooth availability of goods
- Cleaning, maintenance, and updating of article and business partner master data
- Handling complaints in close coordination with suppliers and internal departments
- Management of inventory, prices, and conditions to optimize supply chain processes
What distinguishes you
- Completed commercial training (e.g., KV) or comparable qualification
- Professional experience in purchasing, ideally in an industrial environment
- Organizational talent with a structured and independent working style
- Negotiation skills and strong communication abilities
- Analytical thinking and pronounced problem-solving competence
- Networked, cross-departmental economic thinking and acting
- Fluent German and English skills, French skills are an advantage
- Dynamic and committed personality
- Team player with high initiative and reliability
- Confident handling of ERP systems and MS Office as well as a strong affinity for numbers
