To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed and versatile

Event Staff (All-rounder) m/f/d

Your Tasks

Setting up and dismantling event areas, furnishing, decoration, and technology

Coordination with kitchen, service, bar, and external partners during events

Point of contact on site for guests, members, and event clients

Support in service (restaurant, members club, bar) as needed and during event-free times

Assistance with the preparation and follow-up of events including material disposition

Checking and providing materials and equipment as well as regular inventory

Compliance with quality, hygiene, and safety standards

Coordination and support with deliveries from suppliers

Your Profile

Completed training in hospitality, event sector, or comparable experience

Initial experience in event organisation or service is an advantage

Hands-on mentality, organisational talent, and enjoyment in dealing with people

Flexibility, resilience, and willingness to work evenings and weekends

Neat appearance, discretion, and a fine sense for upscale hospitality

Reliable and motivated personality Fluent German, English is an advantage
