Editorial/Publishing Management (m/f/d) 80 - 100%

• You take over the strategic and operational overall management of the UFA-Revue – both in terms of content and business.
• You lead and develop a motivated editorial and publishing team of 7 people.
• You manage the print and digital offerings and design new products and formats. You are the driving force for our digital channels and ensure that the UFA-Revue remains relevant for Swiss farmers in the long term.
• You are responsible for the budget and further develop revenue models.
• You maintain exchange within agriculture, the fenaco cooperative, and the media industry.

• Education or training in communication, publishing, and/or journalism
• Experience in a leadership role in an editorial office and/or a publishing house
• A sense for journalistic quality and entrepreneurial thinking
• Interest in agriculture and the food industry and enjoyment in staying in contact with the sector
• Willingness to take responsibility – and enthusiasm to try new things
• Curious and committed personality with team spirit and hands-on mentality
• Good knowledge of French
