About the job

• You act as a strategic business partner and supportive advisor to management by providing precise answers to complex business questions.
• You dive deep into our processes – from development through production to sales – and understand the interrelationships in our SAP modules at the pulse of time.
• You achieve real impact with our key figures, proactively explain connections, and show measures so that we as a team can decide effectively and quickly.
• You scrutinize our process and cost landscape in detail and develop innovative ideas for optimization to create sustainable added value for our sensor solutions.

• A completed degree in business administration (university/FH), ideally with a focus on finance or controlling, as well as fluent German and English skills.
• Experience in accounting in an international context – you enjoy working with numbers and deriving business and process-oriented actions from them.
• Confidence in handling SAP-FI/CO in a manufacturing environment as well as a strong affinity for BI systems, Excel, and Power BI to optimally support the business.
• A team-oriented personality with a hands-on mentality who recognizes potential, likes to delve deeply into topics, and keeps an overview even in dynamic phases.
