You are jointly responsible for the introduction of new integral Facility Services mandates and support the projects and subprojects through all phases up to the handover to the operational areas. In doing so, you coordinate the interfaces between all internal and external stakeholders and ensure the quality of the services at a high level. Your main tasks:

• Extensive coordination and subproject management in the implementation of new and integral Facility Services from planning to project completion
• Organizing diverse tasks and processes within the project and actively participating in ongoing projects
• Significant support in achieving the qualitative and financial results of the projects
• Coordinating and partially leading internal and external meetings
• Supporting and supervising customers and internal employees during all project phases 
• Assisting with tenders, offers, and documentation
• Training and accompanying operational staff to ensure a smooth mandate start

Your profile:

• (Technical) university degree in Facility Management, a technical or business-related field  
• Initial concrete professional experience in project management in the area of Facility Services, real estate management, or hospitality with a focus on Facility Management
• Strong service orientation, high sense of responsibility, as well as confident and competent communication
• Independent, structured, process-oriented, and analytical way of working 
• Fluent German skills and good English skills
• Impeccable reputation
