CNC Production Team Leader (m/f/d) 80 to 100 %
• Professional and personnel management of a team of 8 to 10 employees in the cubic machining centre area
• Planning, coordination and monitoring of daily work assignments
• Ensuring a smooth production process in terms of quality, deadlines and productivity
• Setting up, operating and optimising modern CNC machining centres in a flexible manufacturing system
• Continuous improvement of processes and workflows
• Supporting, developing and motivating employees
• Active participation in technical issues and optimisations

• Training as a production specialist, polymechanic or a comparable technical basic education
• Several years of experience in CNC production
• Initial leadership experience or the potential and motivation to take on a leadership role
• High social competence and a respectful approach to employees
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
• Sense of responsibility, initiative and team spirit
