Front Office Agent 100% (m/f/d)

Your daily work

• General guest care
• Check-in and check-out
• Coordination with guests and organisation of the stay
• Room reservation acceptance, creating offers and confirmations
• Filing and management of correspondence
• Acceptance of table reservations for the F&B outlets as well as in-room dining orders

What we wish from you

• You have completed vocational training in the hotel industry or have relevant professional experience in a similar position
• Very good language skills in German and English, French is an advantage
• Always ready to go the extra mile for our guests and exceed expectations
• Your working style is independent and structured; you are also characterised by your strong organisational and team-oriented personality
