Your tasks
- You support the KESB departments administratively (e.g. mail processing, correspondence).
- Together with your colleagues, you operate the telephone switchboard and provide information at the reception.
- You prepare authority meetings and process the decisions from them up to dispatch.
- As part of digitalization, you actively participate in the implementation (e.g. defining processes, post-digitizing files).
Your profile
- You have completed commercial training.
- Ideally, you bring initial professional experience in a comparable field of work.
