To strengthen our team in the Valuation/Expertise department, we are looking for an experienced

Property Valuer (m/f) 80 - 100%

Your tasks

• Preparation of structured and comprehensible reports on the market value of residential, commercial, and special properties
• Determination and plausibility check of the market value using recognised methods such as comparative, income, cost, or hedonic valuation
• Professional opinions on objections, differing assessments, or special issues
• Personal advice to property owners and investors
• Development of decision-making bases for the purchase/sale of properties

Your profile

• Federal diploma as a property valuer or property valuer CAS FH
• Practical experience in real estate and valuation
• Very good knowledge of the Zurich property market
• Business and tax law know-how
• Technical construction expertise
• Knowledge of at least one valuation software
• Structured, precise, and customer-oriented working style
• Resilient and flexible
