Your area of responsibility
- Handling administrative tasks related to customer care
- Managing customer inquiries by phone and on-site
- Recording and posting invoices and incoming payments in cooperation with the central finance department
- Processing accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Supporting the preparation of evaluations and statistics for operations management
- Handling complaints in coordination with operations management
- Supporting all administrative tasks
Your profile
- Completed commercial basic training or comparable apprenticeship
- Several years of professional experience in a similar role
- Good knowledge of accounting
- Very confident handling of all Microsoft Office programs
- Fluent German skills, any additional language is an advantage
- Your working style is systematic, efficient, and at the same time precise
- Enjoy contact with people and teamwork
- Customer-oriented, networked thinking, and resilient personality
- Flexible, down-to-earth, pragmatic, and enthusiastic
