Analysis and troubleshooting of faults in automated customer systems
Programming and implementation of corrections, optimisations and extensions of existing systems
Technical support and advice to customers on faults, modernisations and system optimisations
Coordination with internal teams, suppliers, partner companies and customers
Implementation of short-term and planned automation projects directly on site at the customer
Qualifications:
Several years of experience in PLC programming with Siemens STEP 7, TIA Portal and Beckhoff
Professional experience in the support of electrical and automation systems in an industrial environment
Sound knowledge of automation technology, fault analysis and system optimisation
Independent, solution-oriented working style as well as pronounced customer and team orientation
Very good German language skills, driving licence category B
Residence in Switzerland or willingness to relocate or work as a cross-border commuter
