Due to a retirement, we are looking for a
Field Sales Representative Foodservice Region Central Switzerland 100%
by arrangement in our Foodservice sales team.
Tasks
Versatile & responsible with direct customer contact
- Expansion of the existing customer base: Support and professional advice to existing end consumer customers in all foodservice segments such as care gastronomy, restaurants, hotels, etc., expanding their assortment as well as implementing sales concepts to strengthen customer relationships.
- Development of own customer portfolio: Targeted acquisition of new end consumer customers through professional presentation and advice on assortment and service solutions and use of networking events.
- Independent market and trend observation: Actively capturing developments and exchanging information with the entire sales team and all involved departments such as marketing and key account team as well as participating in trade fairs and events to maintain the network.
- Close cooperation with the entire sales field service and all involved departments such as internal sales, marketing or KAM team.
- Independent and efficient organization such as route planning, visit organization using our CRM system.
Requirements
- Proven experience in field sales, preferably in the gastronomy/large consumer sector – training as a cook is an advantage.
- Passion for enjoyment, quality and food.
- Strong sales personality with high sociability and proven persuasiveness combined with entrepreneurial thinking.
- High personal responsibility through independent and flexible action.
- Organizational talent with high self-motivation and pronounced teamwork skills.
- Good PC user skills (MS Office).
- Residence in the Central Switzerland region as well as a valid driving license (category B).
