In this role, you are part of a dynamic team that forms the interface between operational sales control, strategic customer care and data-driven analysis. You actively shape the sales strategy and make a significant contribution to improving the customer experience and the company's success.
- As part of the Customer Management team, you develop data-based decision-making foundations to ensure the best possible care of our customers
- You analyse and optimise existing sales areas and support our field sales managers in these areas
- In cooperation with sales management, you develop new, future-oriented approaches and lead projects to implement these approaches
- You are not afraid to carry out operational customer transfers but at the same time drive the constant automation of our processes forward
- You take responsibility for expanding our customer base and develop measures to increase it in the long term
Requirements
- Completed studies in business, business analytics, industrial engineering or a comparable field
- Excellent written and spoken German skills as well as good French skills
- Strong analytical skills and experience with Excel and ideally Power BI
- Enjoy working with data, KPIs and segmentations
- Communicative personality with consulting competence and the ability to prepare complex issues clearly and appropriately for the target group
- Experience in project management or participation in strategic and operational projects as well as a structured and solution-oriented way of working
- Interest in digitalisation and automation, combined with a deep understanding of business contexts and customer processes
