About the job

For 37 years, our office has been developing major architectural projects in both the public and private sectors.

As part of the development of our company, we are looking for a:

ARCHITECT & SITE MANAGER

capable of managing a project in its entirety, from initial concept to execution.

YOUR ROLE

Depending on the projects, your responsibilities will notably include:

• design and development of architectural projects,
• preparation of plans, details and execution files,
• coordination of consultants and various stakeholders,
• planning and management of construction works,
• coordination of contractors and leading site meetings,
• quality control, cost monitoring and schedule management,
• management of technical aspects and resolution of site issues,
• supervision of finishes, handovers and defect rectifications.

YOUR PROFILE

We are primarily looking for a committed, organised and autonomous person who appreciates responsibility and knows how to drive a project forward.

Ideally, you have:

• a degree in architecture from a University of Applied Sciences/ETH or equivalent,
• proven experience in Switzerland in the field of architecture and/or site management,
• good command of common computer and drawing software (ArchiCAD),
• organisational skills, autonomy and team spirit,
• fluency in French, both spoken and written; German is an asset.
