Spitex Fricktal AG With around 100 employees and 20 trainees, we ensure daily that people in the Fricktal region can live independently and safely at home. We carry out around 140,000 assignments annually for over 600 clients – ranging from somatic care to psychiatric services and specialised palliative care.

To strengthen our teams at the Stein & Bözen and Rheinfelden & Möhlin locations, we are seeking committed individuals from 01.10.2026 or by arrangement, on a fixed-term basis until 31.12.2027, who take responsibility and want to help shape the Spitex Fricktal of tomorrow with us.

What you bring

• Training as a Health Specialist EFZ or equivalent qualifications
• High professional and social competence
• Independent and responsible working style
• Highly flexible and empathetic personality
• Good IT user skills, knowledge of Perigon is an advantage
• Car driving licence
• Re-entrants are welcome

Your tasks

• Comprehensive care and support of our clients in their homes
• Qualified and resource-oriented basic and treatment care
• Assessing household situations and implementing measures
• Active collaboration and interdisciplinary communication with relatives and doctors
• Close cooperation and support of case managers as a contact person
• Supervision of trainees
• Administrative tasks: implementing prescriptions
