Your Area of Responsibility

• Assembly and production of assemblies and products in the RF (radio frequency) CAY / COM sector
• Carrying out assembly work according to work instructions, drawings and specifications
• Ensuring the required quality standards throughout the entire production process
• Performing visual, functional and quality checks
• Contributing to meeting deadlines and production targets
• Recording and documenting production data according to process specifications
• Responsible handling of equipment, tools and materials
• Compliance with quality, safety and process standards
• Supporting the implementation of optimisation measures in the production environment

Your Profile

• Completed technical or craft training is an advantage
• Experience in assembly, manufacturing or production, ideally in an industrial environment
• Experience handling small parts and optical aids is an advantage
• Technical understanding as well as careful and precise working methods
• High quality and sense of responsibility
• Reliable, independent and structured way of working
• Team-oriented personality with a positive attitude
• High motivation and enjoyment of practical work in the production environment
• Basic knowledge of SAP and MS Office is an advantage
• Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
• Flexibility and willingness to work overtime and shifts
