The traditional company, based in Ebnat-Kappel, combines strong market presence, high manufacturing expertise, and long-standing customer relationships with a clear future orientation.

As part of succession planning and further company development, we are looking for a personality who actively shapes the market presence, customer relationships, and the further development of the division.

Head of Sales & Marketing, Member of the Executive Board (m/f/d)

Main tasks:

• Leadership and further development of the Sales & Marketing department with around 25 employees
• Responsibility for the sale of sports equipment (in-house production and commercial products) and technical sales
• Support and strategic further development of key accounts and maintenance of long-term customer relationships
• Responsibility for the After Sales area (business fields sports and stage)
• Product and range management for all sports equipment, including pricing
• Planning and implementation of demanding large projects, especially in the area of artistic gymnastics halls
• Responsibility for brand management, sales materials, and sponsorship
• Support and development of the network of partners and associations
• As a member of the executive board, promotion and representation of the overall interests of the company

Requirements:

• Completed higher business education or equivalent professional experience with further training (advanced vocational training or university of applied sciences)
• Many years of professional experience, preferably in the sports industry
• Proven leadership skills in multi-level team management
• Positive charisma and strong presence to inspire employees, customers, and partners
• Future-oriented and progressive mindset
• Willingness to take responsibility and actively shape the company
• Ideally interest or experience in artistic gymnastics/gymnastics sport
• Good German and French language skills, spoken and written
