The Blue Cross Bern-Solothurn-Freiburg is a specialised organisation for addiction issues with the areas of work prevention + health promotion, counselling + therapy as well as integration + companies. Around 90 employees and about 260 volunteers at 13 locations implement the diverse offerings, which are co-financed by service contracts from the cantons as well as donations and contributions from institutions and private individuals.
The networking with the Swiss and International Blue Cross supports innovation and quality assurance. The Blue Cross is politically and denominationally independent.
To strengthen our Communication + Fundraising department, we are looking for a
Polygraphic Technician / Polygraphic EFZ or Media Producer

Area of activity
In this versatile role, you design and produce media content for the internal and external communication of the Blue Cross Bern-Solothurn-Freiburg. You contribute to making our offers, services and campaigns visible in a target group-oriented and professional manner via various communication channels.
Your main tasks include:
- Production of media content for print, online and social media channels as well as labelling
- Image editing and print-ready preparation of files for various communication channels
- Collaboration in the planning, implementation and evaluation of campaigns (digital and analogue)
- Support in the production of photo reports, realisation of shorts, reels and stories
- Maintenance and updating of website content
- Maintenance and updating of the CRM system Tocco, among others, for direct marketing
Profile
For this varied role, we are looking for an independent and reliable personality with a good sense for visual communication and target group-appropriate messages.
You bring with you:
- Completed training as a Polygraphic Technician / Polygraphic EFZ, Media Producer or a comparable qualification
- Ideally professional experience in communication, marketing or agency work
- Good knowledge in designing and preparing content for different channels
- Confident handling of Adobe Creative Cloud, especially InDesign and Photoshop
- Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications
- Independent, structured and careful way of working
- Flexibility and enjoyment in working in interdisciplinary teams
- Very good German language skills in spoken and written form
- Identification with the mission statement of the Blue Cross as well as interest in prevention, health and addiction topics
Experience or willingness to familiarise yourself with the following topics is an advantage:
- Content management systems (e.g. Typo3, Drupal, WordPress)
- Canva; Affinity
- Video production and editing (e.g. Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro)
- Automation and optimisation of publication processes
