stiftungNETZ offers advice and support in early childhood: promptly, individually, on site and networked. The approximately 80 specialists in special needs early childhood education and speech therapy in the early years support children and families according to their needs. With the seven branches of stiftungNETZ in Aarau, Neuenhof, Reinach, Rheinfelden, Staufen, Windisch and Zofingen, our services are regionally anchored in 9 districts.

We are looking for committed individuals to start immediately or by arrangement as

Special Needs Early Childhood Educator (60 to 100%)

Your tasks:

• Assessment, advice and support of children aged 0 to 7 years with developmental abnormalities and impairments in the family environment with progress documentation
• Use the professional scope of action independently and responsibly
• Reliable collaboration with internal and external specialists
• Participate in developmental processes in everyday professional life, in the team and in the organisation

Your profile:

• Completed or ongoing Master’s degree as a Special Needs Early Childhood Educator or EDK-recognised special needs pedagogical diploma/bachelor’s qualification
• Conscious systemic and family-oriented working method
• Communicative and flexible personality with joy in working with children, families and professionals in different settings
• Reflective working method with the ability to set priorities in a varied professional everyday life
• Driving licence category B and own car for outreach activities
