This position offers you
- You are responsible for subproject management in the electronics area within an interdisciplinary project team – including planning, reporting, coordination, and communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Your tasks include the development of device controls (hardware) and sensors for household appliances
- You take on the dimensioning, design, and qualification of electronic assemblies and device electronics according to internal and external guidelines
- You create production documents, supervise functional samples and prototypes, and accompany international device approvals according to IEC standards
- You actively shape the intensive exchange with quality assurance, software development, wiring development, process engineering, as well as design and construction as part of an agile team
You bring the following to the position
- With a higher education in electrical engineering or a comparable qualification at FH/ETH level, you bring the necessary foundation for this role
- Several years of experience in hardware development is ideal and supports you in mastering technical challenges confidently
- Experience in project management – for example according to IPMA standards – is a welcome plus
- A strong understanding of technical systems enables you to solve complex tasks efficiently and precisely
- You are self-reliant in your work, while actively seeking interdisciplinary exchange and contributing as a team player
- Thanks to your business fluent language skills in German and English, you communicate confidently within the team and with external stakeholders
