Your tasks:
- You pamper our guests with fresh and regional dishes
- Preparation of dishes at various stations
- Mise en place for daily operations
- Incoming goods inspection
- Daily cleaning tasks including compliance with and monitoring of kitchen hygiene
Your profile:
- Completed training as a chef with experience in a similar or equivalent position
- You enjoy cooking regional dishes with fresh products
- Willingness to work flexible hours and occasional evening shifts
- Very good knowledge of German
- Independent and responsible working style
- Ability to keep an overview in stressful situations
- Resilience, team player and quick comprehension
- Enjoy experiencing a summer season in the Grisons mountains
