In the Finance + Real Estate department, Tax division, we are looking to strengthen our team from February 1, 2026, or by arrangement, with you as an Administrative Employee / Administrative Employee mbA Taxes.

Your tasks

• Inter-municipal tax allocations (active and passive) including tax accounting and annual financial statements
• Definitive assessments of tax returns and discretionary assessments
• Management of persons with secondary tax domicile
• Management of legal entities including LIXT reports
• Withholding tax II settlements
• Optionally desired:
• Customer support, provisional calculations, preparation of assessments as well as complete processing including collection in matters of real estate capital gains tax

Your profile

• Commercial training, preferably in a Zurich municipal administration
• Several years of professional experience in the tax field
• Sound knowledge of the tax law of the canton of Zurich and federal tax law
• Knowledge of the tax applications NEST and SpiderSoft is an advantage
