Assessment Site Manager Chur

Market development Graubünden, Eastern Switzerland & Liechtenstein (80–100%) Your impact with us This role combines operational assessment work with client consulting and regional market development. Among other things, you can expect the following tasks:

• Conducting assessments and development centres for specialist, management and executive personnel
• Collaboration in our assessment team with regular presence at our headquarters in Zurich (approx. 1–2 days per week)
• Taking over and managing existing client mandates in Graubünden, Liechtenstein and Eastern Switzerland
• Building and maintaining long-term client relationships at HR and executive management level
• Developing new business opportunities within your regional network
• Advising clients on personnel, leadership and organisational development issues
• Conducting coaching and development processes
• Representing the Avenir Group at regional professional and networking events
• Close collaboration with our consultants at all locations

What distinguishes you You are an entrepreneurial personality with high credibility, strong customer orientation and genuine passion for the people business.

In addition, you bring:

• A university degree in psychology, business administration, human resource management or a comparable field
• Several years of experience in HR consulting, personnel development, organisational development or executive search
• Sound knowledge in aptitude diagnostics, assessment and development processes
• Experience dealing with managers and decision-makers at executive level
• Enjoyment of acquisition, network maintenance and building sustainable client relationships
• Entrepreneurial thinking as well as an independent and solution-oriented working style
• High service orientation and a pronounced understanding of quality
• Regional anchoring and a well-established network in Graubünden, Liechtenstein and/or Eastern Switzerland
• A winning personality with persuasiveness, empathy and a healthy sense of humour
