About the job

In this responsible key role, you drive digitalization, IT management, and transformation forward, ensure smooth processes, and continuously develop our business processes. You report directly to the Secretary General and are the central interface between specialist and service areas including internal IT as well as external partners.
Your tasks
- Responsibility for implementing the digitalization strategy and further developing the digital offering
- Ensuring and continuously optimizing operational business processes
- Promoting a digital culture and accompanying change processes
- Managing the procurement process including requirements gathering, coordination with stakeholders, preparation of decision-making bases, and ensuring efficient implementation
- Identifying relevant trends and innovations to further develop the organization
- Building and maintaining systematic project controlling for digitalization projects
- Lateral leadership and motivation of interdisciplinary teams
Your profile
- Completed university degree in business administration, computer science, engineering, digital management, organizational development, or a related field
- Several years of experience in project management, business analysis, and ideally portfolio management
- Proven expertise in digital transformation, combined with a strong digital affinity
- Very good knowledge in the development and implementation of digital technologies and systems
- Solid understanding of modern IT structures (cloud, data, software architectures) as well as data management
- Distinct analytical and strategic thinking combined with strong solution orientation
- Proven leadership experience, ideally in operations, digital transformation, or strategic management
- Native German or French speaker with very good knowledge of the other language; good English skills
