For our company Gerlach, we are looking for an initiative, flexible and independent person for our customs clearance office in Pratteln for a permanent position starting immediately or by arrangement

Customs Declarant (m / f)

(Full-time; workload: 100%)

Your tasks:

In this area of responsibility, you are, among other things, responsible for the independent handling of customs clearance orders, obtaining instructions from customers or internal partners, pre-clearance and preparing Swiss import and export declarations, as well as transit clearances.

Your profile:

• You have a forwarding training or at least 2 years of customs clearance experience
• You have good spoken and written German skills
• User knowledge in Edec, Passar and NCTS
• You are a team player, reliable, punctual and responsible and fit into our team if you meet the above requirements and are at least 21 years old.
