(Junior) Marketing Manager (m/f/d)
Your new tasks
Development and implementation of 360-degree communication campaigns offline and online (print, POS, TVC, radio, online) – from briefing creation through creative evaluation and production supervision to success control
- Co-responsibility for the campaign budget
- Management and leadership of external partners (e.g. communication agencies, printing companies)
- Active coordination and collaboration within the MarCom department as well as with other internal departments
- Depending on focus, taking on further tasks in the communications area
Co-supervision of apprentices
- Development and implementation of our partner campaigns
- Participation in diverse marketing tasks (sponsoring, shootings, direct mailings, and much more)
What you bring with you
- Completed training or studies in marketing, communications, business, or a comparable field.
- Initial experience as a (Junior) Marketing Manager and in implementing communication measures.
- Ability to plan, coordinate, and implement several projects simultaneously.
- Confident use of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Enjoyment in collaborating with different teams and departments.
- Knowledge of the furniture industry or retail sector.
- Experience working with agencies, printing companies, or other external service providers.
- A good eye for design and interest in evaluating creative concepts.
- Initial experience in budget planning and control.
