What you bring

• Co-responsibility for the development of property management at Helvetia Service AG and participation in projects.
• Hierarchical and technical supervision of the employees assigned to you. Ensure efficient and profitable property management, focusing on optimising returns, controlling costs and sustainably maintaining the value of assets.
• Management of maintenance, refurbishment and renewal measures.
• Ensure the achievement of defined objectives through monitoring and compliance with key performance indicators (KPIs), particularly regarding budget, vacancy rates, etc.
• Close collaboration with various internal/external stakeholders (Asset Management, Facility Services, external service providers).
• Participate in the opening and operational implementation of a new site, as well as its development.

Your profile

• Holder of a federal certificate as a property manager or higher education in business management.
• Additional training such as a diploma in real estate administration is an asset.
• You have at least 10 years of experience in property management or asset management.
• You demonstrate strong leadership skills: strategic vision, ability to unite and motivate, excellent communication skills, empathy and strong results orientation.
• At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role is a significant advantage.
