Every day, our gastronomy serves 190 patients and about 600 employees alongside individual guests in the public self-service restaurant. The area of responsibility is complemented by a lively and diverse banquet operation.
Your tasks
- Preparation and production of dishes and meals for patients, self-service restaurant and banquets in the assigned area (cold kitchen, hot kitchen and patisserie)
- Compliance with the guidelines regarding HACCP and QMS and independent management of the checklists in these areas
- Assistance at the patient meal distribution belt
Your profile
- You have professional experience in the kitchen or have recently completed your training as a cook.
- You work independently, carefully and with a high awareness of quality.
- You know the hygiene standards and reliably implement them in everyday work.
- You are a team-oriented person who values appreciative and reliable collaboration.
- You remain calm, composed and solution-oriented even in hectic situations.
- You are willing to work regularly on weekends.

The Swiss Paraplegic Centre in Nottwil is a private, nationally and internationally recognised specialist clinic for spinal cord, back and ventilation medicine.
