The focus is on modern and exclusive heat pump products as well as the complete associated system peripherals. To further expand the service team in the Central Plateau, we are looking for an experienced heat pump professional as

Service Technician Heat Pumps Central Plateau 80–100 % (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

• Maintenance of heat pump systems in your service area in the Central Plateau
• Commissioning, maintenance and fault rectification of modern heat pump systems
• Service and repair work on the entire periphery of heat generation
• Independent fault diagnosis and professional resolution of technical faults
• Analysis and optimisation of existing systems
• Competent advice and support of customers on site
• Support of customers via remote maintenance and telephone support
• Occasional on-call duty, approx. every four weeks – around 80% of cases can be resolved via remote maintenance

Your Profile

• Technical basic training as heating installer, refrigeration system fitter, electrician or in a comparable technical profession
• Solid practical knowledge in heat pump technology
• Experience with commissioning, maintenance, fault diagnosis and repairs of heat pump systems
• Good understanding of hydraulic, electrical and control engineering contexts
• Knowledge of the entire periphery of a modern heating system
• Enjoy analysing and sustainably solving technical challenges
• Independent, reliable and solution-oriented working style
• Confident, likeable and customer-oriented manner
