Property Manager* Commercial Properties

Tasks

• Managing a portfolio of retail spaces
• Preparing rentals including contract negotiations and drafting lease, tenancy, land, and usufruct agreements
• Ensuring and coordinating ongoing maintenance as well as preparing and monitoring the budget
• Participating in construction projects in collaboration with our portfolio management and the Office for Building Construction
• Responsible for rent calculations, rent adjustments, and service charge settlements
• Handling legal and insurance cases in cooperation with our legal department and the municipal insurance office

Profile

• Federal diploma in property management
• Experience in managing commercial real estate
• Good knowledge of tenancy law and construction
• High service and customer orientation
• Outgoing personality, strong social skills and communication ability
• Solid IT user skills, SAP knowledge is an advantage
