Delivery Operations Development Specialist (a) 50%

We are looking for you as a Delivery Operations Development Specialist 50% at our location in Brüttisellen as soon as possible.

Your Role

You ensure the smooth running of processes and contribute to their continuous improvement.

Your Tasks

• Key figure analysis to optimize daily processes and increase productivity

• Creation of action packages

• Goal definition and business follow-up initiation with relevant interfaces

• Process orientation support and tool application training (trainings & coachings)

• Proactive work and X-Way compliance assurance in collaboration with global teams

• Process and tool reimplementation

• D-A-CH team collaboration to develop new digital solutions

• Strategic participation to establish X as a digital market leader

• Employee support with questions about existing and new tools

• Process and concept development while maintaining the overarching vision

• Creative thinking and context recognition to develop a central work platform

• Support in the creation and implementation of IT solutions

Your Profile: convincing and customer-focused

• Bachelor's degree in business and/or business informatics or a comparable degree (also possible while still studying)

• Solid project and change management skills

• You combine regional Swiss needs with a D-A-CH and European mindset

• Passion for processes, process design, process analysis, and process definition
  (Six Sigma is an advantage)

• Very good MS Office skills (especially Excel & PowerPoint)

• Advantageous: experience in software development and/or business intelligence

• Interest in IT & digital transformation

• Commitment, enjoyment of working in the D-A-CH team, very high initiative, independent, agile, and flexible working style.

• Analytical thinking, turning concrete actions and solutions into self-responsible
  out-of-the-box thinking

• Native German speaker with good English skills (min. B2)

• Willingness to travel in the D-A-CH region and Europe (6 to 8 times/year – 1 week each)

• For foreigners: a current and valid Swiss work permit
