About the job
familea is a socially responsible association with a 125-year tradition in the Basel area. In over 40 day nurseries, we care for around 3,000 children. We operate children and youth homes, the foster care centre, and provide social and legal advice for women. Our services strengthen families, children, and women. What you will do with us:
You will ensure that everything runs smoothly in HR – from A for Appointment to Z for Certificate.
Specifically, this means:
- You keep our HR administration running (from entry to exit – you know the drill)
- You are the contact person for employees and supervisors
- You take care of certificates, evaluations & co.
- You have an eye for social insurances
What you bring:
- HR training (HR assistant or HR professional certificate)
- Experience in HR (you know how things work)
- Organisational talent (you set priorities before others see them)
- Calmness in chaos (or at least the ability to pretend)
- Team spirit, humour, and common sense
- IT skills (Abacus, Rexx or PEP? Bonus points!)
- Very good German, any additional language is an advantage
