Introduction

ME Immo-Treuhand GmbH is a small real estate company based in Reinach. We are looking for a committed and experienced property manager to strengthen our team and help us provide excellent service to our clients. Personal contact is our priority. For us, quality matters, not quantity.

Responsibilities

• Independent management of a diverse real estate portfolio (residential and commercial properties / condominium ownership).
• Support of tenants and owners as well as maintenance of customer relationships.
• Preparation of rental contracts and handling of rent adjustments.
• Organisation and conduct of property viewings, handovers, and inspections.
• Coordination and supervision of maintenance and renovation work.
• Handling of damage cases and insurance matters.

Qualifications

• Completed training in the real estate sector (e.g. property manager with a federal diploma or comparable qualification).
• Several years of professional experience in property management.
• Sound knowledge of Swiss tenancy law.
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Confident use of MS Office and ideally experience with property management software.
• Category B driving licence is an advantage.
