Do you want to professionally support people in psychological crises and make a valuable contribution even in challenging situations? In our Intensive Care Unit Münsingen (ICM), you support people with acute psychiatric disorders on their path to stabilisation and strengthen them in coping with their illness. Together with a dedicated interprofessional team, you create individual, person-centred care in a demanding and diverse environment. Our modern ward concept offers you the opportunity to contribute your skills and actively shape the further development of care.

Your tasks

• You accompany and care for our patients individually, appreciatively and person-centred – even in challenging situations
• Together with your team, you ensure a safe environment for people in acute psychiatric, social and somatic crises
• You support our patients together with the nursing key worker in developing helpful strategies for dealing with their illness and strengthening their resources
• You work in tandem with a qualified nurse
• You contribute to the implementation and further development of our recovery-oriented ICM ward concept and therapy offers
• Together with your team, you contribute to comprehensive care and ensure our high quality standards

Your profile

• You have completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ
• You enjoy working with people with challenging illnesses and appreciate interprofessional collaboration
• You approach our patients with appreciation, empathy and a person-centred attitude
• You think goal- and people-oriented, have high social competence and actively contribute to the team
• You are resilient, committed and flexible and appreciate the professional and personal challenges of a psychiatric acute ward
• You are motivated to support changes and actively help shape the further development of our ward concept
