The adult women and men in Schwarzenbach live together in a large detached house. They receive individual support and assistance to enable as independent a daily life as possible. This includes a varied daily routine with occupational activities, work in the studio and various therapy offers.

We are looking for a vocational trainer for one of our residential groups at our decentralised location in Schwarzenbach near Wil to start immediately or by arrangement:

Vocational Trainer for Specialist Care Worker
(60-80% workload)

Responsibilities

• Responsible for apprentices in the basic training FABE EFZ
• Resource-oriented promotion, support and care of the residents
  
• Maintaining electronic documentation Redline
• Collaboration with relatives, doctors and other professionals
  
• Co-design of daily living and leisure activities
  
• Participation in occupational activities
  
• Participation in annual festivities
• Administrative and household group tasks
  

Profile

• Training as a Specialist Care Worker EFZ
  
• Vocational trainer course, possibly practical trainer
• Sense of responsibility, social competence and empathy
• Organisational and administrative skills and good IT knowledge
• High commitment, flexibility and resilience
