Polymechanic – CNC Production with Centreless Grinding Machines

Tasks

Programming, setting up and operating modern CNC centreless grinding machines
Manufacturing precise single and series parts with tight tolerances
Performing form grinding work
Optimising manufacturing processes and technologies
Maintenance and care of machines as well as quality controls at the workplace

Requirements

Basic mechanical training as a polymechanic
Several years of experience in centreless grinding
Enjoyment of precise manufacturing work and technical challenges
Independent, structured and quality-conscious working style
Technical understanding and sense of responsibility
