Managing Director (Focus on Agriculture)

• Management and Strategy: You lead our LANDI operationally and develop it strategically together with the board.
• Agricultural Focus: You are the first point of contact for our farmers. You provide competent advice in the areas of crop production, animal nutrition, and marketing.
• Network Maintenance: You maintain contact with our regional partners as well as other LANDIs and further expand our local anchoring.
• Team Leadership: You motivate our well-coordinated team and pitch in where it is needed – close to the customer and close to the product.

• Agricultural Foundation: You have an agronomic or comparable education.
• Entrepreneurial Thinking: You have a flair for numbers and understand how to lead a cooperative healthily.
• Regionality in Your Blood: You appreciate direct contact with the village population and farming families in lower Toggenburg, Neckertal, and surroundings.
• Personality: You are communicative, decisive, and down-to-earth.
