Front Office (m/f/d) – 100%

The Hotel City

• Size: 45 rooms and 90 beds in the heart of the Valais Alps (Täsch / Zermatt).
• Guests: International mix of hikers, bikers, mountaineers and skiers.
• Culinary: Restaurants ranging from rustic to exquisite with products from our own farm.
• Team: A motivated, well-coordinated team of 14 colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Guest Care: Independently manage international check-in and check-out.
• Reception & Admin: Manage hotel bookings and respond to reservation enquiries.
• All-round Role: Flexibly switch between computer work and active guest service.

Requirements

• Experience: Training in hospitality as well as several years of reception and service experience.
• Appearance: Engaging personality with a natural joy in dealing with people.
• Resilience: Calmness and friendliness even in hectic situations.
• Team Spirit: Helpful team player with an independent working style.

Languages Good spoken German is essential for this position (at least level B2). You communicate confidently with our guests and within the team. Unfortunately, applications without sufficient German skills cannot be considered.
