Lawyer Assistant 50% in Job Sharing

For the Life Sciences team at our location in Zurich, we are looking for a motivated lawyer assistant 50% (working days: Monday, Tuesday, and every second Wednesday) starting September 1, 2025, or by agreement.
Your tasks:
- You will jointly manage the secretariat for a partner and other lawyers and support them in administrative matters and submissions to courts and authorities
- You will create correspondence, legal documents, contracts, and reports based on templates in German and English
- You will be responsible for invoicing and address management
- You will assist in the distribution of the Life Sciences newsletter
- Your tasks also include deadline control and organized filing of mandates
- You will be in contact with clients and authorities and organize meetings and travel
Your qualifications:
- You are in your studies or have a commercial or comparable education and are proficient in common Microsoft Office programs
- You communicate confidently in German and English (B2)
- You are proactive, flexible, helpful, and think along
- Professional experience in a comparable position is an advantage
