- Knowledge of C# and Powershell for scripting and configuration.
- Strong communication skills in German and a customer-focused attitude.

- Introduction of the specialist application CMI (solution platform for public administrations) – from idea to go-live
- Professional advice and support for our customers as well as assistance in daily operations on site, telephone or remote support (service line)
- Scripting and parameterisation with C# and Powershell
- Configuration of web server (IIS) as well as automation of web app deployments with Powershell Universal
- Coordination and implementation of release changes and service packs
- Conducting customer training and presentation of software products
- Commercial basic training, ideally with experience in public administration, or a completed education in the field of computer science
- User knowledge in the area of CMI is an advantage
- Enjoyment of an independent and solution-oriented way of working
- Team-oriented, customer-focused personality
- Confident communication in German
