Your tasks

• Efficient management of criminal investigations against minors (including enforcement of sanctions and measures) as well as adults in the area of the Criminal Code and ancillary criminal law
• Issuance of penalty orders, dismissal, non-prosecution and suspension orders
• Filing charges and personal representation in court
• Willingness to perform on-call duty

 

Requirements

• Completed law degree
• Very good knowledge of criminal and criminal procedure law
• Professional experience in criminal prosecution and working with young people
• Integrity, discretion, high resilience and ability to work in a team
• Efficient working style
