Senior Buyer

Your mission:
You are responsible for purchasing the parts and services necessary for the production of equipment used in heavy lifting systems for the industry.
You are able to understand and translate technical documents into purchasing needs.
You propose supply solutions adapted to project constraints thanks to technical expertise and critical thinking.
You are responsible for applying the entire purchasing process for these needs, analyzing purchasing proposals from our ERP system, issuing requests for quotes, negotiating with suppliers, and drafting all project orders.
You monitor and control the progress of manufacturing in terms of Quality, Deadlines, and Costs.
You monitor the quality of suppliers and address supplier non-conformities.
What you bring:
You hold a degree in engineering or HES and/or have solid experience in general and/or precision mechanics.
You are familiar with the manufacturing of unique high value-added parts. Knowledge of the industrial sector and a good understanding of the European industrial fabric are a plus.
You demonstrate recognized interpersonal skills, negotiation aptitude, and the ability to position yourself in front of stakeholders. You already have successful experience in purchasing.
You are curious and dynamic, interested in new technologies and a multicultural environment.
You have a good command of English (spoken and written).
