About the job
Electrical Engineering - more than half a century of experience. We design electrical, operational and safety systems and automate buildings. Furthermore, we take on overall planning, client support as well as site management. The Boess Group employs around 125 staff. Proximity to our customers is important to us, which is why we are represented throughout Switzerland with 12 locations.

Your daily work with us
- You handle projects as a Junior Project Manager in the Road sector (BSA) with support from experienced colleagues
- You realise and implement interesting and demanding projects
- You work on or assist with projects integrated in a project team
- You assist with acquisition activities and the preparation of offers
👉 In short: You are a central part of the planning – not just a helper.
What you bring with you
- You have a basic education as an electrical planner EFZ, electrical installer EFZ or similar
- You are interested in further training and development
- You are motivated to pursue a career path in project management or site management
