• managing the existing client portfolio and establishing new contacts
• ensuring and managing customer satisfaction
• advising and distributing Finnova solutions and services
• negotiating with decision-makers at all levels
• actively managing the pipeline

• with your several years of experience as an account manager, in a sales or consulting-related role, ideally in the banking/software products sector, and your in-depth knowledge of the banking industry
• with your higher education in business management, finance, or IT
• thanks to your consultative partner attitude, addressing banking and technical issues with our clients and identifying their needs
• thanks to your convincing presentation and communication skills
• thanks to your mastery of French (level C1) and your knowledge of German or English (level B2)
