«Zäme witercho» - At the Schlossmatt Center, around 300 employees from various fields work daily for the well-being of 186 residents. Our care center specializes in the complex care of people with multiple disabilities, dementia care, as well as short stays for transitional or rehabilitation care. In addition to our diverse therapy offerings, under our roof you will also find a day center, a daycare center, and a restaurant for intergenerational encounters.

What does your daily routine look like?

During your training, you will learn the versatile tasks in cleaning, laundry, dishwashing kitchen, kitchen, and restaurant. You will also partially work at the reception and in the technical service (plant care).
You will gain insight into administrative tasks, purchasing, and
inventory management.
You may assist with catering and events.
For flower decorations and polished service, you will complete external internships in the Burgdorf region.
