Your tasks:
Training of apprentices in domestic services:
Professional support and promotion of apprentices, assistance in planning learning objectives and training sequences, and ensuring a supportive learning environmentTransfer of expertise to employees:
Supporting the team through targeted guidance in everyday workOperational work in the laundry (approx. 70%) and cleaning (approx. 20%)
Carrying out, monitoring and optimising laundry and cleaning processes taking into account existing concepts
Your profile:
- Basic training as a domestic services specialist EFZ
- Experience as a trainer or relevant course is an advantage
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable position
- Very good German language skills, spoken and written
- Enjoyment of domestic tasks
- Adaptable, team-oriented, trustworthy and reliable
